Just Do It!

OK...so it's been a month since DaNelle helped me set up this blog and I haven't entered one event! So....I'm repenting and hope my resolve is strong enough to carry on....and on....and on....
I've been trying to figure out how to add and edit pics but I've decided to just start writing and worry about additions as I can get someone to help me....the learning curve continues....

I probably should turn off the TV when I'm blogging but in my never-ending efforts to multi-task I will currently settle on watching "Law and Order" and "Bonanza" re-runs while I blog.

My goal in having a blog is to share with my family and loved ones past and future experiences that have enhanced and changed my 'cherished life'.....thus the title of my blog: "GramScilla's Cherished Life".... (this is not to intimate that my life was or is trial-free...but that I cherish it none-the-less for being what it is...)

I hope to eventually include most (or at least some) of the important events in my life thus far as I recall them...however few and far between that may be. I also hope to include various events that happen with and to my family as they are the foremost important happenings in my life.

Another important inclusion will be thoughts and experiences that have influenced my testimony of the restored gospel - The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am eternally grateful for the love of my Heavenly Father, the atonement of his son, Jesus Christ, and the many opportunities all have provided for my growth and enjoyment while I have been on this earth...I can't remember further back than that but I'm thankful for the Plan of Salvation that allows us all the agency to be here and make choices that will further our development or take a more destructive turn...it's all up to us...
